How to Disconnect ReviewTree integration from ezyVet

How to Disconnect ReviewTree integration from ezyVet

If you no longer wish to continue your trial or subscription with ReviewTree, it is critical that you disconnect ReviewTree from within your ezyVet system. Otherwise you will be charged a monthly fee, as this fee is incurred by ReviewTree for this connection to ezyVet.

How to Disconnect ReviewTree integration from ezyVet
  1. An admin level user must log into ezyVet
  2. Select the Admin panel along the top
  3. Select the "Products" drop down menu, located in the top left corner
  4. From the Products drop down, select "Integration"
  5. In the left hand column, under the "Active" tab, type into the search box "Reviewtree"
  6. The list will return an API entry for ReviewTree, select the top entry from the list
  7. Click the "Disable" button located in the top right corner
  8. A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the disabling of the API, select Confirm.
